After you click Submit, we’ll send you an email with a link to our scheduling calendar.

You can choose a time that works best for you to discuss your workflow, support needs, and how we can help lighten your caseload.

Step 3: Review Pre-Vetted Candidates

After the consultation, we'll send you a shortlist of pre-vetted professionals with relevant legal experience. You’ll receive their resumes and profiles to review — no guessing, no blind matches.

Step 4: Choose Who to Interview

Select the candidate(s) who best fit your firm’s needs and culture. We'll coordinate the interviews and give you space to decide — zero pressure, full transparency.

Step 5: Get Matched and Onboarded

Once you’ve found your match, we’ll assist with onboarding and help your new team member get set up with your tools, systems, and processes.

Step 6: Ongoing Support & Monitoring

We don’t disappear after placement.

  • We provide ongoing support and additional training if requested

  • We monitor attendance and check-ins (punch in/out)

  • We stay available to ensure everything runs smoothly — and step in if you ever need a change
